Updated Alystri to T4 ready status, and removed Lanselott from the tank list.

Noxxic is pretty good for skill trees, but I have heard that some of the rotations and stat priorities are a little off. My scoundrel is sawbones, so I can't help much with dps, but there is some great stuff on the official forums: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=632548
