Both. Season 2 explains Season 1 that you can't play anymore. It also leads to what's going on in HoT. The mastery stuff is cool. The glider unlock from HoT which you can then use everywhere is awesome. I like the story. It's not SWTOR level in terms of depth, but I liked it.

It's worth the purchase.
