Sitting here waiting for Mod 16 patch to DL. I've been listening to a lot of Youtubers. Most of them have been positive up til the last week or two. Just downloaded ESO and never played it. Played 3-4 of the other Scrolls though. Wanting to know if there are any good builds, websites, or anything else I should take a look at. And, maybe some in game help if possible for advice.
