I got in contact with Bard yesterday and this is what he said DCUO - There are now only 4 servers: USPC, PSPS3, EUPC & EUPS3. Population is handled by "phasing" (ie: different instances of the same zone). I am on USPC. When you create your character, don't worry about the PVE/PVP choic...

Since there has only been one sign up I'm cutting the raids down to 2 a week instead of 3.
