Regarding the question concerning the "two" kinships (or guilds).... "New Outriders" has been officially disbanded by Turbine, so any characters you still see with the tag in your friends list are still that way because they have yet to log in, at which time the tag would clear. "The New Outriders" is the current kinship and, as Cat stated, the best way to contact for invite would be to /joinchannel newoutriders and announce yourself.
