Raid Alliance with Æternal Senate

As prospective raiders are aware, we've been trying to field a complete team for a while now but it's been tough to get a group of ten people who meet the requirements and are available on the same night. In order to help get things off the ground, we're happy to announce that we have coordinated with Æternal Senate to form a raid alliance. I had taken note of Æternal Senate from their recruitment threads as a guild that seemed to have a kindred spirit, and when I saw one particular post that indicated they would like to do raids but had not started, we decided to get in touch with them about a potential alliance. They shared our interest and we've been able to work out the logistics. Here is how it will work:

New Outriders [NOR] and Æternal Senate [AETH] will alternate which guild "hosts" the raid from week to week. Hosting a raid means that the guild will have first priority in filling slots, establishing a raid leader, and providing the overall resources to run the raid, such as a VOIP server. When you are invited to participate with the hosting guild, you are doing so as a guest and should make every effort to abide by the standards and conventions of that guild. Out of mutual respect, members from one guild should not try and actively recruit members of the other guild.

• NOR will host raids every other Friday night at 9pm EST, beginning on Sept. 9th.
• AETH will host raids every other Saturday night at 9pm EST, beginning on Sept. 17th.

It will become more important to indicate your availability as soon as possible from week to week to help with the coordination. Please respond to the raid event posts if you intend to join and make sure you have reviewed the raiding requirements and group composition threads, providing any updates if needed.

Please note: AETH promotes themselves as a mature and friendly guild and that does not censor anything so long as it is kept friendly and in moderation. Their discord environment may be looser than the 'PG' atmosphere that NOR promotes, but hopefully not by much. They seem like good folks and we don't anticipate problems or we wouldn't have made the alliance, but NORbies should be aware of this difference in the interest of full disclosure.
