Just wanted to post some notes on this achievement as there is hard to find information on this.
There are a few unlisted pre-events to get this to trigger.

This event seems to need to trigger first before Loreseeker wants to move. Also, the Achemist seemed to trigger right after doing a "Clear the Chak" in the area south of the tree.
