Cutting out the visual clutter - helpful in Chult

Some zones in NW are quite 'overgrown' -- Chult/Omu, River District, Sharandar. When you're trying to find treasure locations or anything w/ sparkles, it can be extra hard to see things. There's an easy way to tweak this: hit Escape to pull up the menu, then Options -> Graphics tab. Look on the right column for the "Show High Detail Objects" entry and set to 'off'. Doing this should let you see the important parts of the scene much better, and probably help your framerate.
