Welcome to the Final Fantasy XIV branch of the New Outriders Guild!

We are excited to have you join us. If you are a new recruit, you will be evaluated by our officers as you evaluate our guild for at least two weeks to ensure that we are a good fit for each other. At that point, you will be inducted as a Squire in an in-game ceremony and be a full member of NOR. After that, promotions are based on helpfulness and activity within the guild. The more you put in, the more you can get out.

Activity can include attending events, grouping with each other, hanging out in-game and on Discord. The goal is to have fun and make friends, and to do that we play together and get to know one another.

We hold events for all levels of players on Tuesday nights at 7pm EST and events for higher level players on Thursday nights at 7pm EST. We also have a social event followed by a promotion ceremony on Sundays at 3pm EST.

Please make sure to check the FFXIV announcements channel on our Discord for more information before each event for any details you may need.

I hope you enjoy the guild and get a lot out of it. The more we put into the guild, the more we get out of it, so we make it the place that we want it to be.
