That is one of the downsides of previously created/played toons going to free. Unless you want to pay to unlock your Legendary or Higher equipment, it is unusable. Of course, until you get to 90-95+, you really don't HAVE to have better than Mastercrafted/Treasured gear. I have an armorer who can make it for any who need, just let me know.
