Housekeeping

Fiddled with the Application layout a bit, plus provided some additional instructions;
Updated the Contact page to include Neverwinter;
Updated the Documents page, integrating the NORwiki.
Updated the Home page, removed some drivel, linked the Charter on the Wiki
Corrected the broken link on the menu>Documents>Charter

Our site has come leaps and bounds ahead of where it was a few years ago.

All those tweaks and adjustments and new features add up.

Its really awesome!

No need to be modest Las. We all know that NOR is filled with Gentlemen and Scholars alike!
