Underworld Weaponmaster's Headgear

Is Underworld Weaponmaster's Headgear craftable? If so, can anyone craft it in the guild? For my four piece armor set bonus, I am at 3\4. To complete it, I need one of the following:

Underworld Weapon master's Headgear or boots
Underworld Challenger Headgear or boots

I like the Weaponmaster's better because it increases power which is what I am focusing on.

Thanks, if it is possible to craft, I will provide mats and a donation to anyone who can help me.

Sadly, armorings with set bonuses cannot be crafted or purchased from the commendation vendors. The only way to get them is from the Ops drops.

Actually it drops in DF and DP SM it does not drop in TFB and S&V SM, only HM.
