I have a tough time understanding why I see so many Operatives and so few Snipers. Do they love stealth that much? Does the word Operative sound so much more in line with the overall flavor of the IA base class?

Check out the part at the very end. I know that's not how it happens in the real game, but I watched that part and I was SOLD. I went Sniper and I never looked back.

When I first starting playing SWTOR I made Doz the Scoundrel and enjoyed stealth since I was on a PVP server. My friend Akumaa ( Gary) talked me into going to the dark side and that is when I made Lost'Her. I must say I enjoy the Sniper the most.

For Snipers the best end game gear you can get is Dread Forged Field Tech 78 and only way to get it is Hard Mode Ops.

2.7 Dread Master Nightmare Gear

Sniper Rifle




Almost looking like the Mass Effects Black Widow Sniper rifle, but still has a way to go.

Most of these builds are pretty close to the one I've been using (I'll post mine later). Even down to the Noxxic rotation. Very similar to how I play my sniper (except, if I'm playing solo, I move the orbital strike to the very beginning and send my companion out at the same time to take aggro first - otherwise, pretty close to how I play). Now I just need the gear to balance it all out.
