Kesels Sigils from IWD and Surplus Equipment

It seems we need a good amount of Surplus Goods yet. I wanted to just chime in here and remind those that are done with IWD, or those that are done, but still running it to collect resources, that the Kessels Sigils you pick up can be turned into the Bounty Master in Caer Konig. He is at the center of the area where you get your quests, under the tree.

He offers Konig Coins and an Equipment Pouch. Now this pouch may drop green or blue equipment. The pouch is bound, but the contents are not and they can be fed into the coffer to go toward Surplus Equipment.

Lastly, if you are still leveling/booning up a character, please keep these resources as they can aid you in completion of these zones and their respective boons
