If anyone would like a new guild email account for @newoutriders.org - send me a PM or an email to: lasarian@newoutriders.org and I can set that up for you.

When you set up your mail client, you may need this information:

Incoming POP3: mail.newoutriders.org
Outgoing SMTP: mail.newoutriders.org

If you have a PC based mail client, like Outlook or Live Mail, or whatever is handy, you can use this information to receive your email.

Once I have set up the account for you, I will provide you with the default password.

To access your NOR email from a browser go to http://www.newoutriders.org/webmail

From there, you can select one of a few different email clients, Horde, SquirrelMail or Roundcube.

You login using your full email address and the default password. Once you have done so, you should see an option to Change Password.

I highly recommend selecting a password that includes at least: One capital letter, one number and one symbol. The system should give you feedback on the strength of your password.

You can use whatever email client you prefer, Rox. It's set up on the host server - how you access it is up to you.

Really? Um...hmmm.....now I feel a bit silly for asking that question. I need to brainstorm with you, I think. Is this what you meant when you asked me why I didn't use outlook for everything?

I guess I *am* behind the times! I tend to do things one set way and rarely change. But, I need to streamline my many email accounts, lol. Thanks for the suggestion, Lakasha!!
