Melee and ranged threat discussion (de-aggroing)

Extending from what Pointyears and I were talking about, here's some information about reducing melee threat in DDO:
"Diversion" reduces threat by 20% on melee attacks, & is found on 17 named items as well as random loot generation. An example is Nether Grasps (L24, Open Lock +17, Diversion 20%, Seeker +8, Demonic Might (Profane Str +2)) http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Nether_Grasps_(Level_24)
Diversion can also be crafted through Cannith Crafting, as can Insightful Diversion (stacking) at level 1 and level 175, respectively.
"Treason" also gives 20% reduced melee, but I am unclear if both it and diversion stack. Treason is on 3 items, two being weapons, & one being a L18 goggles from House Cannith quests.
There is also "Occultation," which reduces *all* threat by 20%, and is found on one item named Dark Diversion, which is a necklace from the L28 raid Temple of Deathwyrm http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Dark_Diversion.
Shadowdancer has Shadow Training III, which you can toggle to reduce melee and ranged threat by 20%.
Rogue has Subtle Backstabbing IV, which you can toggle to generate 40% less melee threat.
Reducing hate is another way to get rid of aggro:
The Tharne's Wrath set reduces 20% hate (bracers and goggles from A Vision of Destruction);
Vulkoor's Cunning set reduces threat by 10% (necklace from Claw of Vulkoor and ring from Into the Deep);
Wretched Twilight provides 15% less threat from spells and ranged attacks http://ddowiki.com/page/Wretched_Twilight, and comes from Ascension Chamber.
That is what I have so far!
