- Darathra Shendrel: Lord Protector of Triboar, our benefactor. Former adventurer. Wears a Harp pin. Recently has been found to be the true lost heir to Neverwinter.
- Dawn: Elf Hunter living in Melton town. Guided us to the Goblin cave (Nightbringer’s temple) and is now the constable of Melton.
- Derek Dunhill: Drunk that was initially sent by Tristan Harpell to the Orchard village.
- Eloise: Longsaddle “common people” representative. She links the wizard with the village when needed.
- Fife: Rescued from the tavern in Triboar, a king wants him dead.
- b]Freya Doomstaff[/b]: Wizard of the Silverleaf village, she attempted to shrink the orchard, but ended up shrinking all living creature in that zone.
- Frida (deceased): Melton’s town constable. Follower of Shar. Hanged once discovered she betrayed the town to goblins.
- Gedd Frostlight: Kathetra’s husband. Camp chief near Longsaddle. Helped the group save his son Bran from the zombies in the miner’s cave.
- Glowkindle: Owner of Wizard Tower Brewing Company (see Locations).
- Green Dragon (deceased): We didn’t learn his name, but young green dragon lived in Thundertree named Venomfang
Grizzelda Copperwaught: Dwarf leader of the refugee camp outside of Leilon - Harbuck Tuthmarillar: Constable of Red Larch
- Hazz Yorrum: human sergeant of the refugee camp outside of Leilon
- Imp: While exploring Nightbringer’s temple (see Locations), an imp was released. No news of it since.
- Jai Copperstaff: Man found west of Longsaddle. He had no clothing on. Investigation strongly suggest he is a lycan from Neverwinter. He is the apprentice clockmaker. We let him go, but he seem to arbor a strong grudge against us.
- Javor (now resting): Revenant Uthgard tribe chieftain that was desecrated. Took revenge on the Wiggams.
- Kathetra Frostlight: forewoman of the mine not far from Longsaddle. The mine was overrun with zombies that the group dispatched. Gedd is her husband.
- Lucian Harpell (deceased): Harpell wizard who 100yr followed fey lines to a mine and opened a portal to the Shadowfell. Then proceeded to close it.
- Merrygold Brightshine: dragonborn who told us about missing kids in Leilon
- Mr Timtom (banished): devil who took over the Evergarde Mansion / Rolen Avrigod family. Now banished
- Nestor Greyhearth: Name on a job posting in Longsaddle. He is looking for people to track criminals and he is from Secomber.
- Nisrug: Gnome working for us at the Frog. Husband of X
- Oswin (deceased): Old hero who killed 3 boars 400yr ago with a broken spear. The town of Triboar and our group is name in his honor (Oswin’s spear).
- Narth Tezrin: Owner of the Lion’s share (see Locations). Human 6’3.
- Razi Martinson: See Triarzinromas
- Rolen Avrigod: Artist who died years ago. Used to live at the Evergarde Mansion with his wife and kids. Freed evil entity in his basement that took over his family.
- Tarmock Felaskur: Owner of Herbal Remedies (see Locations), apothecary and Daesy’s teacher.
- Shar: Evil Goddess of pain.
- Skwelch (deceased): Goblin we met in Longsaddle, guided us to Talantha the red dragon tower. Killed while we attempted to storm the tower.
- Talantha(deceased): Young red dragon who thinks we are her servant. So far we have been serving hear as our needs align…
- Tarmac: Triboar herbalist that likes to send us on quest. Latest one was to get some flowers
- The Terror (defeated): Undead entity in the Triboar graveyard. Legend says it is St.Oswin himself that was cursed by Shar and turned into a ghast, coming back to haunt Triboar every 50yr.
- Tristan Harpell: Harpell wizard that asked us to find what happened to the Silverleaf village he bought 3 days north of Longsaddle.
- Thirty-one-square: Modron, the group delivered it back on a different plane to escape other Modrons. To open the portal, the group had to deal with the devil Triazinromas.
- Tobbi Assermot: Kid from Longsaddle that needs help with his friend the Modron called thirty-one-square.
- Triazinromas: Devil living among humans under the pseudo Farmer Razi Martison. Norm, Zorroth and Gutbur made a deal with it for some blood.
- Uden Stoneshield: Dwarf we had a drinking contest with in Triboar.
- Wallbash: Sentient Girallon, cursed with a headband of intellect. Following the group until the curse is removed.left the group on a personal quest
- Wiggams: Family of Halfling. The patriarch and son desecrated a Uthgard burial ground.
Wyrmheart mine: Talantha moved at that location after abandoning the tower. - Wusig (dead): Bugbear guarding a tree bridge over a stream. Killed by the group.
- Frost Touched Frog: Our current accommodations, supplied by Darathra
- Evergarde Mansion: former mansion of Rolen Avrigod. Now abandoned. The party cleaned up all evil from it, except feral cats. Location of midnight flowers.
- Herbal Remedies: Apothecary of Triboar.
- Icespire Hold: Located east of Phandalin, former human hold. Orcs took it over but have been expelled. Now the allege residence of a White Dragon deceased
- Ivy Mansion: House of the Harpells.
- Leilon: Town south of Neverwinter and north of Waterdeep. Currently in the mist of a political struggle between Lord Daegul and the masked lord of Waterdeep. Oswin spear's current goal to take over.
- Lion’s Share: Equipment store of Triboar.
- Longsaddle: small village North of Triboar. Also the village ruled by the place of residence of the Harpell’s family of eccentric wizards called the Ivy Mansion.
- Melton: Small village 1.5 day North of Triboar.
- Miner’s camp: Camp a few days out of Longsaddle ran by Gedd Frostlight. Overrun with Zombies. Inside the mine was a portal to the Shadowfell which caused the miners to turn into Zombies. Lucian Harpell had open then closed this portal 100yr ago.
- Nightbringer’s temple: Goblin had settle in this cave east of Melton. Cleaned by Oswin’s Spear and Dawn. Turned out to be an old Chapel to Shar.
- Ossermot farm: Farm 9 hours out of Longsaddle, home of Tobbi and Thirty-one-square
- Phandalin: Town south-west of Triboar. Had a orc tribe roaming issue (dealt with).
- Red Larch: Village South of Triboar, had issue with a Uthgard Burial ground desecrated
- Starmetal Hill tower: Location of Talantha’s tower, 3 day march west of Longsaddle
- Thundertree: Location of a green dragon Talantha asked us to kill
- Triboar: Small town where we are established.
- Tristan Harpell: A Harpell wizard who asked us to investigate a village he bought with a magical orchard in it.
- Wizard Tower Brewing Company: tower 3 miles west of Triboar, they now brew ale. Location where we cleared rats from the basement.

- Invisible Chest: found in Talantha's tower. When locked turns invisible. We now have a key made for it. Currently at the Frog
- Immovable Rod: Taken from the Gyth when we portal thirty-one-square. (Baiz)
- Lute of minor illusion: For fun minor illusion as you play it (Mara)
- Mask of Nightbringers: No attunement required. Once a day, when you put the mask on, you receive the benefits of a short rest and +1 to all rolls for 1 hour. Currently in Norm’s possession.
- Magic Rocks: everglow with light, found in the Evergarde Mansion
- Obsidian disk: Found in Nightbringer’s temple. Have Shar’s symbol on it. No purpose found yet.
- Necklace of Fireball: goes Boom! (Zorroth) all charge used[/b]
- Priscilla: Evil magic dagger found on Frida. This sentient artefact is a +1 dagger that corrupt the owner into plucking eyes out of people, friend or foe. Currently not attuned but in Mara’s possession. No current clues on how to destroy it.
