Big article on Fox News yesterday where it told about one guy calling tech support was told "If you are not satisfied you can get a full refund" But when he tried the CS rep told him no way. Then when he reported it, they threatened to ban him from the game he just paid money for and can't play.

I will not play a game made by a company who runs things that way.

From some of the reviews on Amazon, he's not the only one that was told if they stopped payment with their CC that person would recieve a ban from Origin's database

However, Talo has given me some pretty interesting tidbits that really make me want to play! Wouldn't it be fun to have our own NOR city?? Anyway, we talked about horrible launch the game had on the podcast. Be sure to listen as it was pretty interesting. I think it was our best one yet!

I have to say that the past few days have not been a problem at all. I can log in anytime I want to and play. Now if I was only a better city planner, but that is a conversation for another day.
