Fixed the Sorting bug.

Correcting the autodating format from dd/mm/yyyy to the datepicker format of dd-mm-yyyy (for consistency)
The ladies rank variants aren't displaying properly when set in their profile or history, need to fix that too.
Don't pay too much attention to any dates or medals just yet, I was chasing down a bug.

• Cleaned up half-assed CSS that created a blue box around the PayPal buttons;
• Fixed the links in the footer to Terms, Privacy and Credits;
• Updated the 'Games' and 'Current Games' pages;
• Updated 'Contact' page information;
• Restored functionality to the 'Apparel' page in the store;
• Tinkering with the Application a little for greater clarity for new applicants.
