All of it has, at one point or another. "You are idiots." and "I hate all of you." are thoughts reserved for awful pugs that hopefully stay just that, thoughts. "My heals aren't good enough but..." describes my constant battle with anxiety. As for the last two, they don't happen very often with NORbies. Tank pacing is usually fine. When someone accidentally pulls, I don't let them die on purpose. If they do, it's usually a team effort failure: the dps didn't use a defensive cooldown, the tank didn't taunt them off, and yes, my heals weren't good enough for that level of incoming damage.
