ESO Patch Notes V1.2.3

This morning's patch is the second major content update and includes the new Veteran Crypt of Hearts dungeon, a new FOV slider for first-person view, improved overall interaction with the world (which allows armor and weapons found in the world to be picked up and equipped), and many other fixes and refinements to gameplay.
